In the transfer window you probably want to trade away two of your full-time keepers, and get one more specialist batsmen, and one more all-rounder.

Cricinfo calls him an all-rounder, so I assume he's got some good potential with the bat.

And in the CL news article linked on his page, it says Oram "has been replaced by the 18-year old allrounder Ben Wheeler, who played in the Under-19 World Cup this year. "

Bevan Griggs is pretty average at batting, there are probably 20 odd domestic players on that New Zealand list who're better batsmen than him, in fact all the specialist batsmen on that list will be rated higher than him at batting.
