Na, as far as I know he hasn't announced his retirement or anything.
Obviously he's not rated as well as he would have been during his peak.
IIRC part of his coaching contract was that he plays in their T20 competition, which he did two months ago.
The likes of Hamish Marshall and Iain O'Brien don't play domestic cricket in New Zealand, but they still play here.

Sorry for the delay. Dissapointed with the loss there. Steyn was dissapointing and we needed more from Afridi. The batsmen were good but not efficent.
Dont know where to make changes but I dont think I am going to drop Steyn so same team.
Regarding next seasons drafts, its the best idea considering we got another team involved.
