No drafts, I would recommend vCash payments or something. Drafting would be unfair on me as I am at college when it starts

Read these two points carefully:

* There will be a small draft, filling all the remaining places in the teams.
* That will be followed by a transfer window, that I'm still undecided if I'll allow vCash or not.

There has to be a draft regardless, as we are moving the squads from 15 players to 18 players...

There will also be a transfer window, which will follow the draft.

Thats the one thing that I am not too happy about. Since we signed these players we have a right whether to release them or put them up for trade. Obviously if the players want to leave we cant stop them so I was hoping we could use them to get some leavage on other players that I want. Just a suggestion though, why dont you give owners some time to see whether they are interested in trading the players that have left the team, and if after that the players are not sold, then you can put them up for drafts. This way if Bravo is going to leave, let other clubs bid for him or trade him so both owners (the one taking Bravo and the one that has him) are happy at the end of the day! Again if Bravo remains unsold or not taken, then you can release him.

In addition to my earlier point on 1115, I would clarify you of my problem. I have got players like Aaron Redmond and Mathew Sinclair that have had relatively poor seasons. If I release the pair then I dont think I am gonna get better players than them. Still I would like to send them off and replace them with, if possible, better players.

The point is they don't want to stay around your team, as they didn't receive enough game time last season.

I can see what your trying to say, but that would involve having a 1st transfer window, then a draft, then a 2nd transfer window.

Also some better players will filter back into the draft, meaning sides who didn't do to well last season will get some better picks.

You only lost two players anyway, so I'm not really sure why it matters so much anyway...

Then you can keep them on your rooster, and get rid of them in the transfer window after the draft.

The players that the other teams have, are more or less going to stay the same...

Realistically speaking, unless we have a dramatic season, I hope we are going to take one of the semifinal spots. Thats are aim, if we are going well, then only will we aim for the trophy!
