This is how it works in professional sport.
Of course you're going to be disappointing if you didn't get one of the first picks, but you were one of the better teams last year...
Also remember it's only the first round, which has a vague draft order.

Also, would you mind putting up to whether the batsman are part time bowlers cause I don't know.
