Notification for Group Messages

It would be great if we could get a notification for a new message posted in a group you are in like we do for visitor messages etc.

This would be really good if this can be done

What why? It just notifies you if you have a new message.

I don't think vBulletin keeps track of whether you have read messages in groups like it does with posts, so it may not be possible. I'll see what I can do, but don't get your hopes up.
