Rugby League Nrl 2011

Hopoate is going to be a star don't you think? He's one of my favourite players in the game and probably one of the best players in the game form wise at the moment. And he's only 18! Was just about to say the Warriors should try and poach him but I just read an article and it looks like he's going to be signed up long-term.

Yeah, Manly have one of the best sides all-round in the game, I think though. They have a very good forward pack with still Rodney out injured, 2 very good young halves (Foran and Cherry-Evans), both really good and I would have to say Foran is the inform five eighth in the competition this season, then Hopoate, a great young back who can really play anywhere, Stewart who is still yet to come back and will probably push Hopoate out to the wing, Lyon very good centre and Robertson on the wing who has played every match for Manly, and has a lot of tries (around 60) and we have Oldfield as well who has played very well and still the Wolfman to come back.

That's the fried chickening worst decision I've ever seen. HOW WAS THAT A fried chickenING KNOCK ON. When the ball is knocked backwards 4 metres, how do they call it forward. And how the fried chicken was the try before not a penalty try. Manly really should have had a very good chance to win it. They should be 6 down with just under 10 minutes to go and with all the momentum.

----------

So now Manly should have won, now that they have scored.

----------

Sick and tired of ████. Lose by 2 points, should have had a penalty try which would have meant golden point, and should have had a try, which I think everybody knew was (apart from that fried chickening NQL ref) so we should have won in the end.

But Hopoate is so gun. Scored a try and had a great pass early on and really did play well for most of the game apart from handing NQL a try.

Suck it Hedger, go Broncos!:lol

Tigers needed that win to get back on track, just hope they don't forget how to play following next week's bye. Raiders really seem to be missing Campo, could be a dangerous combination with Orford when they finally get some game time together.

Have to say that Manly's loss was so sweet to the neutral, and even more so to me. No way there should have been a penalty try.. in slow motion you could see the defender trying to pull out and in normal speed, it all happened in a fraction of a second.
Lyon's knock on gets called every day of the week and couldn't have happened to a bigger tosser.

Eels and Dragons about to kick off, hate both teams, so let's see them bash each other into oblivion.

Most frustrating season ever, our best playing roster in years and predictions of making the top 4. Yet we are having our worse season ever.

Bloody Raiders! Why do I continue to tip them? The last two weeks the only tip I've got wrong has been the Raiders game!

Test sides were named last night. Going to have to put up with Hohaia at the back, (although he goes alright as a Kiwi) and I'm damn disappointed Matai has been left out.

Raiders and Panthers have been disappointing so far this year. I can't really see the Panthers turning it around with Elliot on the outer. I have a feeling the Raiders will finish the season strong though and Campo's return in round 13 will help, but need to win 11/16 at minimum to have any chance of making the 8 from here.

Thread is looking pretty decomposed, not like there was an origin recently or anything.
Speaking of, I can't believe that useless fried chickenwit Ennis gets the job over Farah. Oh wow he's doing some charity bs, who the fried chicken cares?
And Gasnier? Totally fried chickening overrated. Chris Lawrence with his dislocated hip could move the ball better than that ████████.

Tigers have looked up the creek lately and if they continue that form this weekend, the Dragqueens will rack up a cricket score.

Other than that, every other team is ████.

Looks like the Raiders are starting to gain some momentum and Campo is due back.

NSW were better, I thought they had it after that 2nd try as the momentum was clearly with them but those Queenslanders do it again. Hayne should have been picked over Morris everyday of the week, don't know why Young was in the team and King was a suspect pick too.

* Jumps on the Warriors bandwagon *

We're up to fifth now. :thumbs

I know it makes no difference in the end because everyone has two byes, but I always find it funny when a team moves up the table after not playing, looks at the Warriors who just moved ahead of the Broncos this weekend after not playing (SuperRugby do it as well). If the Cowboys lose by 25 or more tonight, we'll actually move into the top four as well.

Quite surprising considering the starts to their season. The Broncos were on fire and everyone was talking them up but since the rep season has hit they are starting to slip. Warriors were in big trouble, Cleary went for the big changes before reverting back to the old fellas and now they are on a winning streak.

Yeah the Raiders pulled off two big upsets the last two weeks, Storm and Bulldogs, then a conveniently placed bye just to fearsome tweak up any momentum they had. Probably likewise for the Warriors when the Roosters smash them next week out of nowhere.

I'm guessing Stuart won't make many changes barring injuries for the second game. Hopefully Ennis gets suspended just because he's a knob, and Sticky will need Farah to cover him instead.
I'm off to Holland for 2 months on the 13th, so I'll miss seeing us bring the trophy back home.

Holy ████. I said this morning that the Dragons v Eels game was going to be a draw, and it was a draw. And it's the first game this season I thought was going to be a tie.

I could've done with that information before the game.
