Are there any active members of the Spin Wizards? I've barely seen any of them post this season.

There are quite a few of us that post and comment on most matches. Not sure how you get that impression

A few here and there, but I believe that their team''s batting was top heavy from season start!

You'd think that we'd have a great spin attack but it's mostly been our batting that's done the trick in the FC. OD is completely different and we don't normally do well at either :/

Our winning strategy has to be containing them at the beginning, before Me and Westindian have a go in the last 15 overs.
Being the death overs specialist, I generally clean up the tail pretty quickly. WestIndian is the best bowler average-wise, so he's likely to pick up few.
Jack and Matt are solid as usual :D

For the whole first three quarters of the season I only posted in our team thread, so these changes have really stuffed my guy up.

Hopefully I'll be able to continue my great OD form, and improve on my current third best OD batsman tag.

Yes that is the point, we need to keep then tight and in check in the first 15-20 overs, because we will not come back on till the 40th!

I have a feeling I'm going to return to form here. I've not been doing too well for quite a while even though the team has started to play very well.

Yes it was noticeable that your early season dominance kind of dropped off, luckily Abhas and myself been cushioning that little zip you lost, and it was before the rating were changed! So if you do kick it back this is the time.

Damn we've lost our first wicket already. Pushing Shalin up the order when he went down in ratings probably wasn't the best idea...

And then it freezes...

The funny thing is, this isn't the highest run rate of the matches on at the moment, the Llamas are going at like 15 an over lol

Oh well, bed time, hopefully I'll wake up and we'll have won :)

oh wow. An agonising one wicket loss to end the season. I was the only one in our batting lineup to actually do anything, with some support from Callum. I just smacked it everywhere :) But to be bowled out with 7 overs remaining is a crime. Good bowling from Binnu and Barghav, but we just couldn't get Marcell out. Oh well.
