A few things to remember..

- 2 points for a win, 1 for a tie/no result, and 0 for a loss.
- A minimum of 6 players must be marked to bowl with a (:bwl:) or a (^).
- Ratings will be based on WC performances, but the pitches on the other hand will reflect those found in modern day ODI cricket. So do not be alarmed if you see someone with a career economy of 3-4 per over go at around 5/6 during the tournament, or someone with a batting S/R of 60-70 strike at 90-100. It's quite routine these days.

Explanation on pitch types

Dusty - Plenty of turn on offer for spinners and a good place to bat for spin-savvy batsmen. Good pace bowlers are still likely to thrive.
Evenly balanced - Provides an evenly balanced contest for all disciplines.
Flat - A batsman-friendly pitch which provides little or no assistance to bowlers. Expect big totals.
Green - A lot of movement on offer early on, which makes it ideal for bowlers capable of swinging the ball. Batting expected to become easier as the match progresses.
Hard - Ideal conditions for batting. Good deal of bounce on offer for fast bowlers as well. Could go either way.
Dry/Slow - Ideal for slow and spin bowlers as the name suggests. Sometimes quite difficult to bat on.
