Off topic - any1 in delhi plzz help me....spectranet vs touchtel dsl connection??

sorry for the off topic question

i'm in new friends colony in delhi....i currently have a spectranet cable connection...but only 32 kbps and i'm paying 1600 a month.....

thinking of getting a new 1.......which wud be the best???
thinking of touchtel....128 kbps....unlimited download ....its for 900 a month......
or else i can get a better deal from spectranet...they are changing their 32 kbps price to 1000 and 64 to 1300 and 128 wud be for around 1600 i think....not sure coz they are not out yet.....

but the 32 kbps 1 is giving me doewnload speed of only 3kb/sec.....i use the internet a lot and so need an unlimited 1....so what do u people recommend?? plzzz let me know...thanx!!

Well I have no idea about what those prices are equivalent to- but 32k :o
That's slower than dial up- I use 512/128 DSL, it's cheap here (should download at just over 50k/s), but I wouldn't have a clue about what is cheap and what's not for you.

also in a company caleed TATACOM they have cable high speed internet for RS 350 for per month and for installations is for 1000 oir 1500 RS
