hey ,please be careful about willow tv, they keep charging your credit card each month

There is no way of canceling it on their website and also no ph # to call

If you write to their support line they do not respond for weeks!!

I will not recommend willow tv to anyone, I just had a very bad experience and heard the same from others as well...

lol they even charge for canceling the sub. I got charged 5$ to my card and they didn't even mention those charges on the phone.

To cancel with Willow.tv you have to be ****ing sneaky. email them at their customer support, write a number so they can call you (and they WILL call you), when they call and try to ask why just say "I don't have access to internet anymore" and they'll cancel it without talking much, after charging 5$ more.

I found some reliable illegal streamers, much cheaper and they'll have replays too, so I might go with one of them if I get trouble with finding free streams.

Yeah the $5 cancellation is nuts.

Willow is a perfect example of why old people shouldn't be allowed to run things on the internet. All their practices scream of old bureaucratic processes that they are trying to translate to the Internet.

For example, talking with a retention department to try to get you to stay is a practice used by several TV+phone companies today (although they have the option to cancel online).

The cancellation charge is almost like the totally superfluous "set-up charge" that companies charge. In reality, if they have a competent user-management system, a cancellation should take no more than a few minutes.

Well, they've probably paid a pretty penny for telecasting rights--too bad they're a crappy organization.
