I don't think so that you will be charged without knowing the details. i.e unless you have entered the payment details ( mode of pay like through credit card etc ) how can they find and charge you? Also if it's any paid video, you wouldn't have had access to view it for free and without entering the mode of payment.

So in whatever the scenario you consider, without knowing the mode of payment details, they could not charge you.

Besides, do not feel guilty of watching the video. If its there on the net, particularly, on msn, it is meant to be watched
