Tbf it has to be Baily for captaincy, his bowling changes have been impressive although at times they were expensive.

But we cant just bring a overseas batsman just because of his captaincy.

I would prefer DR Smith, G Maxwell, AB de Villers, David Warner, Lendl Simmons, Brendon McCullum, JP Duminy, etc over him.

But I admit, he has been the best captain in this season. Real Captain Cool.
