I just feel Babar Azam's temperament is hard-hitting, and Test cricket might not suit him. Haris Sohail seems like a better option for Test cricket compared to Babar Azam.

Am I the only one who doesn't want Azhar Ali to captain the Test team? I think so.

A team for tours outside the sub-continent:-
:bat: Sami Aslam
:bat: Azhar Ali
:ar: Haris Sohail
:bat: Asad Shafiq
:ar: Fawad Alam
:wkb: Sarfaraz Ahmed
:ar: Imad Wasim
:bwl: Yasir Shah
:bwl: Sohail Khan
:bwl: Mohammad Aamir
:bwl: Junaid Khan/Wahab Riaz

Both the teams are basically the same, but the only difference is of the bowling line-up. Outside the sub-continent, I'd like to see Pakistan play with at least three fast bowlers. In the sub-continent, I'd like to see at least three spinners. We'll have three genuine bowlers, two bowling all-rounders in the team. And two part-timers. Pakistan will have a variety of bowlers. And our batting is as deep as Imad Wasim. And our tailenders like Yasir, Wahab and Aamir can have a little swing as well. Not to mention Junaid is a really good left-hander at times.

I'd prefer Fawad over Rizwan, Fawad has potential to play long innings.

Yes logical choice is Fawad but sadly no one cares about him. Unless our middle order fail miserably, I don't see that selectors will choose Fawad for any upcoming tour.

Don't know why there's so much of favouritism in our Selection Committee. Fawad, Junaid, Tabish, Mir Hamza and many more great players get ignored.

One positive of India and Pakistan not playing bilateral series is that we don't see comments from too many "people" like this clone of Einstein^

You will find such asses on both sides of the border. Personally, if India cannot win an ICC trophy, I'd rather see Pakistan win than anyone else. Of course, I have a very very strong affection for English cricket and as long as I live, I'll be supporting the team AB de Villiers plays for.

I apologize on behalf of all sane Indian fans and trust me, most of us are sane.

No need to. There are people like this on both sides of the border. I was just highlighting how far fetched the stupidity of some people is over something called "The Gentleman's Game"

Saeed Ajmal is really bowling well in National T20. I guess he has almost got his mojo back, so one can expect him to make another comeback specially if he become the highest wicket taker in National T20.

Have you seen him bowl? Does he still have the old magic?

Yes I watched couple of his matches. One can not compare the old Ajmal with this new Ajmal but all his deliveries are totally different which adds another dimension, pretty much a brand new bowler. Carom ball is a very nice addition and one can feel all the hard work he has put in last couple of years. Only issue now is his pace as he needs to bowl slow to get the necessary spin. So if he somehow get the highest wicket taker award and with the continuous failure of Yasir Shah in ODIs, it is expected that he will make a comeback.

He is very old. IMO, He only has 2-3 years left. Pakistan would have been in the top 5 in the ODI rankings if he wouldn't have been banned.
