It's not just on the basis of what he did today, everytime I see the lad behind the sticks he just looks like he doesn't belong there, he lacks the reflexes that should be second nature to a guy in his position. That said, I've never really paid much attention to appraise Sarfaraz in terms of his keeping nouse but I know as much that he markets himself as a specialist, which Akmal definitely is not.
I also believe he smacked a ton or two during a phase where I was a bit disillusioned with Pakistani cricket (so you might be a little bit more the wiser than me), so I don't see the harm in including him, based on what happened today.
