Mohammed Hafeez and Shahid Afridi came in to bat on the first day for a few overs and would be expected to finish of the day staying on the crease. RP Singh was to start the bowling for India.

Pakistan batted 6 overs on the 1st day scoring 21. That included a four by Shahid Afridi in the 5th over.

Day one ended with Pakistan on 21 for no loss, trailing by 227 runs.

Shahid Afridi was not going to play slow. He scored 5 off the first over of Day 2, with one four. RP Singh's 8th over was really expensive with 2 fours. One was swept away comfortably by Shahid Afridi, and the very next ball was a brilliant cover drive for four.

Harbajhan Singh replaced RP Singh.

Zaheer Khan's 10th over was another expensive over. Shahid Afridi smashed 2 fours in that over and moved on to 49 off 56 balls and reached his 50 off 61 balls.

Dhoni brought Kumble in for Zaheer Khan and the change payed off when Kumble removed the danger man, Shahid Afridi for 75 off 60 balls, that included 7 fours. Younis Khan was in next.

Mohammed Hafeez's slow and patient inning finally got him to his 50 off 123 balls. Pakistan finished off the 1st session at 124 for the loss of 1 wicket.

Harbajhan Singh got Younis Khan, caught and bowled for 18 off 44 balls and it was time for the inexperienced Fawad Alam to come in to bat. And as expected, he did not last long. Fawad Alam was caught by Laxman off RP Singh for 14 off 30 balls. Misbah Ul Haq was in next.

At one end, Misbah-Ul-Haq batted slow and patiently, while at the other end Mohammed Hafeez batted at a good speed, rotating strike and getting away with elegant shots in the gaps for fours.

Mohammed Hafeez reached his well deserved century off 216 balls, that included 9 fours.

Great knock from Hafeez under pressure:clap Misbah once again showed hy he is Mr Cool. Pakistan is a good positon but tomorrows 1st session will be important for both of them. Tmorrow will be a big test for both of them, as Pakistan can take a huge lead and gain advantage on the other hand Indian bowlers can struck back and stop Pkaistan. Loving this story, great presentation Raamzy :)

Excellent batting performance by Pakistan, interesting to see how the debutant will go - perfect position for him to come in without much added pressure and score some runs and make a name for himself.

Pakistan are having a really good run they should be looking to post 450- 500 kutgw mate

Brilliant batting by Hafeez, Afridi and Misbah. Pakistan should atleast get a lead of 100 runs as they are going to bat last here. Nice presentation KX. Keep Up!!!

The story reeks of awesomeness, you keep it simple but still classy and you use a realistic engine. Well done! Keep it up because this will be story of the year.

Well Played Hafeez:clap For the first time in yrs i have seen Afridi go pass his 50. lolz....Pakistan are playing well..Indians need to take some quick wickets now and get that Hafeez out...

Well written and presented Rameez:clap

Pakistan logo not seen in batting scorecard..

Thats the Mohammad Hafeez me and a lot of Pakistani fans know of. Well played! Afridi actually played sensibly and got past 50 for a change. I am impressed not only by Pakistan, but by your Scorecards and other presenattions. Keep up the fantastic works Rameez! :clap

The third session of day 2 started off with Hafeez and Misbah Ul Haq at crease. Hafeez did not last for long and was gone for 107 off 225 balls, LBW by RP Singh.

The debutant, Akbar ur Rehman came in to bat next.

India took the new ball after Pakistan had a lead of 11 runs and the first over with the new ball was bowled by RP Singh and went for 11 runs.

Misbah reached his 50 with an elegant cover drive off 97 balls.

Not after too long, Akbar Ur Rehman was bowled by Zaheer Khan for 36 off 62 balls. Pakistan now had a lead of 50 runs and Shoaib Malik was in to bat next.

Day 2 came to and end with Pakistan leading by 125.

Misbah at 89 and Shoaib Malik at 38 off just 49 balls.

Day 3 started off with Shoaib Malik and Misbah Ul Haq at the crease.

Shoaib Malik hit RP Singh for 2 brilliant fours off the second over of the day and moved on to 47, and got to his 50 the very next over off just 61 balls. Soon after his 50, Misbah was caught by Sehwag off RP Singh for 92 off 160 balls. A very good inning came to and end and this brought Kamran Akmal to crease.

Shoaib Malik lasted only 7 balls after getting to his 50 and was also caught by Sehwag but bowled by Zaheer Khan for 58 off 68.

Pakistan declared soon after the dismissal of Shoaib Malik with a lead of 149.

Great effort by Pakistan there. I feel they should have carried on the lead till 450 but a lead of 149 is reasonable. Now the bowlers must strike. Great works Ramzz!

149 is reasonable lead but should've gone for more... Bowlers are in good form and hope they strike early and wrap India cheaply... Nice presentation Ramz... Keep Up!!!

Pakistan need to get some early wickets to get the confidence up to max and hope to get as many wickets as possible before India get into their stride. Good batting by Hafeez, Misbah and Malik have put them in a comanding position but they haven't won it yet, they still have to wrap it up.

Good presentation, Rameez.
