Good to see that the image was properly resized. Now see some other threads , most of the brothers have given the PSDs along with their works , I'd prefer you to see the PSDs and then get some knowledge about the lightning.

So finally you did it in Resizing. Now try not to overdo effects. I can see it in this avy. And try some tutorials about photoshop. And also go throughout some psds and other threads. You will surely learn it. Also dont forget about fontwork.

The image is properly resized but the effects aren't looking good , I would recommend you to first do some lightning , the second step is to balance the lightning not textures and effects , try playing with the vibrance , selective colour , color balance and exposure.
