First the new patch needs few changes, as the default edge frequency at 50 or 70 at least but not at 100.Then we, test odi and career players can enjoy the simulation and realistic gameplay by increasing it slightly above 70 according to our interest. Where as the online players too can enjoy by decreasing the edge frequency below 70. Similarly shot feedback also needs few tweaks. However it's a good concept by BA.
As a steam pc player i will welcome the new update after these changes to existing console patch.
100 is the max, anything lesser will have lesser edge frequency.Just wanted to confirm one thing , will the Edge Frequency at 100 will give more edges or lower the value will create more edges?

I did play couple of casual mode ODIs and did not see much wides at all. Which mode did you play and which team was it?Just finiished my first game on the new patch. Changed all the sliders so it’s not as easy as the patch made it but it’s brought back the ridiculously high amount of wides in ODIs. Why?
I’ve only played 1 ODI so far but it had 15 wides and 5 no balls. It was in tour mode and Australia was bowling.I did play couple of casual mode ODIs and did not see much wides at all. Which mode did you play and which team was it?
The only differences I've noticed with bowling mentalities are length and speed. The speed may be down to the types of delivery that are bowled. Conservative/Precise tend to bowl slower and on a good length. Brutes bowl shorter and Aggressive seem to bowl a mix of short and full pitched deliveries. I'm not really sure how it relates to spinners. Personally I find setting bowlers to Balanced is best. Can anyone clear my doubt ,
People have confirmed that by changing the batting mentality like Brute, Conservative, Balanced etc does have effect in game play.
Did anyone try by changing bowling mentalities like for Example if Brute then the bowler bowls wicket to wicket etc, does changing this also have an effect in the game play.
Can anyone confirm please , also @MattW if you can.
I am in middle of the career , if this also works then I will edit them as well and restart my career.
