Played two more T20 matches.
First match AI chased down a target beautifully.
Second match AI batted first and was all fine till the 16th over. And then they decided to go into test match mode. Couple of deliveries in the 18th over was left alone as well. I realise this wasn't addressed in this patch, however the match I played yesterday seemed fine.

Happy to see catches in the outfield, definitely a reason now to bowl pitched up flighted deliveries.

@sonimrajk I did have commentary for drop catches on PS4. But agree with you on all other points.
IMO Default human edge at 50 instead of 100 might just fix the issue in hand.

Seems as if the timing has gone back to the way it used to be ages ago with Ideal timing every ball, game is too easy again. I liked it the perfectly fine before this patch but it's kind of ruined the game.

I played a game with Timing Sliders on 0 and another on 50 but you have to play the ball early as just when the bowler releases it.

I have also noticed pace bowlers seem a bit slower now in my game and the crowd noise disappears sometimes like others have said.

To be completely honest I wish I didn't download this patch and just kept the game the way it was before the new patch.

Also what's with the sightscreen, in one game I played it was all blurry and you couldn't see anything.

I haven't got any edges yet either.

Ok, so just played a T10 game with Default sliders and I did get a few edges this time but only off the spinner.

I found it hard batting against the spinners but easy against the pacers. I still insist there needs to be a difficulty between Medium and Hard because I find Medium too easy and Hard too hard so it's hard to work out what to play on, think I'll play T20's on Medium so I can at least hit some sixes and Tests and ODI's on hard because I won't be going for much sixes so it doesn't overly matter if I don't time it right every ball.

Yeah, the batting has become easy again. Really liked the previous patch. Have to start reducing the batting stats now. Wish there were an option to retain the previous patch and access online content

Played last night. The batting has been nerfed into oblivion again. I can pretty much spank every ball for 4 on Hard batting. It was challenging and fun in 1.09. I'm not really that fussed though, I can't take this game seriously anymore.

On the plus side, good to see an old fashioned feud between Online Bros and Offline Purists. The return of Dean Johns is also the highlight of my summer. Dean, give my regards to EA next time you chat to them via satellite.

0 on that slider is the timing from before the patch that changed it, 100 is what is in the previous patch. Anything in between is something in the middle.

It effects the point at which ideal timing occurs. It doesn't give you more or less time - just changes how far along the pitch the ball is when 'ideal' timing occurs.

In short - if you liked how things were before this patch, leave both new sliders at 100.

So those who have played new patch are we saying these options quoted make no difference? Sliders at 100 quoted as being 1.09 gameplay or is that a myth ?

It's a myth unfortunately! Ideals across the board every ball for me...

@MattW can we have the batting back like it used to be because it was perfect how it was before and I think most people on here would agree with me too. Why the need to change?

Is it still possible to bowl 158 km with fast bowlers ,is so answers on a postcard please because my faSt bowlers speeds have been reduced by 20 km

Same here, the bowlers seem to be bowling a lot slower even Mitchell Starc was bowling only around the mid 130's in a game that I played.

Matt sir game is perfect now please don't spoil it just due to 10 people cribbing for edges and easy batting provide them a good sliders setting or ask them to bat legend hardest now I wondor why most the online gammers avoid this forum which is subjected towards offline only.

Great patch. Nice to see work still being done.

I would like to reiterate something that has already been reported previously. A fix for the 50 over world championship not being playable would be great. If there are to be more updates, please kindly tend to this as well as it's making an otherwise enjoyable experience a bit hollow. Thank you.

Yeah ikr, so annoying some people asking to make it easy again. The game is no fun if it's too easy, you want a challenge.

Is there anyway to uninstall the patch?

I kind of have fixed it now, I just increased the bowling speed max and now it seems to be basically normal again with Fast bowlers bowling around 150 again.
