If there are more than 14 votes, we can ask each and every guy of that team for whom they voted. That would clear things up and would also indicate the person who voted multiple times (if that guy self-voted).

If he's to open an SG, poor guy has to send 45 invites which would drive him mad. So , why not post it in the thread itself and just keep up the individual vote count similar to what members do while lynching players at mafia? In that case, even self voting is avoided.
