I've put up a short video that shows the stumping problem where the batsman stays out of his crease after a poor shot in this instance (or playing and missing) and is given out stumped.

chintoo02018 has also mentioned this happening during a game.

I assume this is happening with everyone playing on the PC edition.
Not sure if anything can be pressed on the controller to avoid being given out.

Hope this video may help to solve the problem.

Career Mode, Test match, first innings against the WI. After getting dismissed I hit the 'Y' button to simulate to my next involvement. This turns out to be bowling the 2nd over of the West Indies' innings (despite being a leg spinner...but whatever). I bowl a maiden over but decide to switch ends (because of a long standing bug about balls pitching at the wrong length when bowling from one end of a ground). Finn bowls over 3 and I bring on Anderson to bowl over 4. I meant to just simulate one over and bring myself back on at the other end but accidentally left 'Stop After Overs > OFF' and hit 'Begin Simulation'. I was surprised to find that I get a wicket in over 5...even though I didn't control my player. For some reason, the game is simulating my bowling rather than letting me bowl. I hit 'Begin Simulation' again (I'd stopped it when surprised at the previous event) to see what happens, and sure enough my player continues to bowl (and take wickets) without my involvement.

I've had to Alt+F4 the game to stop the stats from being recorded.

playing a 1p vs AI, huge LBW shout looked stone dead, given not out. no reviews in the format, but I always check on the menu option abd got this one:

luckily I was batting!

don't think there was any edge, though at the time I didn't have any sound.

It's Queens Birthday weekend holiday today in Oz - the guys will be looking at these bugs tomorrow and for the rest of the week.

Thank you for your support!

I just wanted to ask whether there was a possible fix to the quitting glitch when playing online - if someone quits the game by dash boarding on PS4 or rage quits, the option then arises as to whether you want to save the game or not. This isn't helpful when the opponent quits on you, and it can get very annoying when the game does not therefore have a result as you feel your time has been wasted.

If the keeper is not hovering right at the stumps a quick yes no run will fix it. If keeper is very close i have tried a few things that dont work.

Hi Ross,

I am very old member of planet cricket. Few concerns after version upgrade:

1. AI don't change field.
2. Ball friction has increased looks unreal.
3. Automatic fielding disappeared.
4. Stump s still getting broken from throws.
5. Graphic looks blocky in highest setting.

I will check 1 & 2 but am not sure this is due to the patch.
3 will be fixed.
4 & 5 are not due to the patch.

In 2 Vs AI offline mode batting, overhead field position names for Opposition Fielders does not appear most of the times while pressing LT (View field).

about 5, my game is lagging with FPS of 13-14 post patch, before it was between 25-30.

If you are at high settings lower them, see whether that works out...

Also having unresponsive Run button sometimes in Co op....The problem from what I have seen is when they are in the forward position its easy to respond to the run but soon after the default back to the crease animation comes, it becomes very difficult to run, I pressed about 5-6 times for the batsman to run...Make it easier and more responsive even after return crease animation comes...
