Also, just a quick explanation for what's going on here:

Basically, a full 18-team county Twenty20 would be far too much work for Tarak to do on his own, so he's adopted the 6-team English Premier League that I advocated on my blog.

Each franchise represents three counties - in real life, this might mean that the Northern Roses side could be something fearsome like: Finch, Lyth, Bairstow, Ballance, Buttler, Stokes, Collingwood, Smith, Borthwick, Plunkett, Sidebottom. This would create the premier domestic T20 competition in the world, and the scheduling of it could help to fund all eighteen counties.
