Will the investors play for their own team or just get shuffled to random teams like other players?

I remember Mattw saying that investors will play for their own team...[DOUBLEPOST=1434810322][/DOUBLEPOST]

All investors in a team will be automatically chosen for that team. You can get vCash from people outside that, but they won't be guaranteed a spot.

New to this game and concept. Have read about other details in this thread and getting the idea of how it works, but can anyone tell me how long does this league lasts?

In the past it has usually been that activity in posting about the matches and in team threads can earn you bonus points towards making your player better - but I'm not involved in working that bit out, so don't know what the plans are this time around.

If this is not the case then I would certainly like to participate. I can't find enough time to be active enough to gain bonus points. If that is criteria and I am not able to gain bonus points due to my inactivity then there is no point in participating. So if conditions are different this time around, I can take part in it. Even if the activity asks for 2 times a week I can try to manage that. I know criteria should be based on what is comfortable for majority, but just wondering what the criteria is so that if it feasible for me or not.

How are the matches played ... how are the players given their skills (who is a good bowler, who isn't) ... and basically anything else of value about the league.

Q - How are the matches played ?
A - Matches will be played/simulated in Cricket simulator.
Q - How are the players given their skills (who is a good bowler, who isn't) ?
A - Every player starts with same skills in their respective category (Batsman,Bowler,Allrounder). As the league progresses skills will depend on how the player performed in the match.It can rise up and go down as well. You earn skills by being active in the thread (comments,etc) and may earn bonus points on milestones (i guess).

-- You will be transfered in a team after auctions/Drafts.
--You need to be active.Least you can do is comment on your team/player performance,remember you will get skills for being active.

No one knows that feeling more than me.... Last time I was Benched throughout the season and released in mid transfer window

My questions is how will members be awarded skills? Surely we cant all receive the same skills because then whats the point? If its randomly chosen then Id like to change to an all-rounder but if its based on posts, activity ad such then I'm confident that I can be a first team batting all-rounder.

There was similar league USPC a while back where every player got the same skills like every specialist batsman got 70 points. Bowling allround got (bowl:60,bat:30),batting Allrounder got (bat:60,bowl:30) and bowler got 70 which changed after a players performances.

But not sure about this league.

the allrounder thing has been talked about in the staff forum and a solution that sounds somewhat sensible to someone who's never actually ran a league has been found
