The speech from Clarke says it all. Probably the most difficult jobs as a leader.

Phillip Joel Hughes - RIP. Being an Aussie loyalist right from very young ages you cricketers made me a cricket freak. I loved Ponting more than i loved Sachin. I loved Warne more than i loved Anil, i loved McGrath more than i did Srinath, i loved Hayden more than i loved Ganguly, i loved Gilchrist more than i did Mongia and so on. Australian cricketers have been the biggest inspiration for me so far and i love you guys more than i loved my own Indian cricket team always and forever and it's disheartening to see one of the future stars is no more. Phil, you were a great player in the little time you played and enjoy your life in the heaven with Don and play good corruption free, politics free cricket there. Though i never did represent my country in cricket, i always dreamed of playing one down for the Aussie team, this is my small tribute for my Aussie brother Phil. Love you Phil, will miss you.10710436_381401015359671_3632776729613225836_o.jpg
