How to replace the faces? please help mate..

Go to characters, then go to faces, then click any folder apart from eng and aus and replace any face in it ...Then go to the game..Then click Customisation and assign the player their respective faces..I am not sure whether this is the right way so backup your files before replacing

The faces made by sachin_phoenix are in .bmp format. When we open the BIG editor, we get all MODELS in .model (MODEL ARCHIEVE) format. So what to do to replace the faces? How to find faces in .bmp format after going to characters in BIG editor? Please guide.

1-Double click BIG Editor icon
2-Choose async.big.w32
3-Now you will see lot of folders...
4-Click on characters
5-Then click on the 'Heads' Folder
6-Than go to any folder which has unlicenced faces
7-Open any folder
8-Then you will find some model file...Open that also
9-Then open the image ending with _d
10- Click in replace
11-Next to file name you will see PNG something
12-Click it and you will get some options what formaet you want to replace
13-Hit .bmp...Browse for the file and replace

Think that's more than enough

Currently there is no tutorial for ashes on face.
