^Thats a good face but i think you need to match the skin with the face you used and the face template,otherwise its good.
I don't use Shadows as none.So it doesn't makes difference.Keep on Going mate.You are doing a good job.

Well, Dravid and Nannes need lots more work, and Steyn doesn't really look like himself.
Gibbs and Yousuf are good, I'd say Sachin is the most accurate face, although a little colour matching would improve it.
