If Team PlanetCricket performs badly in the tour, I will put up an option for a new captain.
Most probably, the captain of this tour will be finally leading the side in the WC.

^Same here. But the teams interests come first and if you dont play well then you wont be selected. So you'll be given 5 chances to prove yourself. Play well and you'll become a permanent member but if you play badly you'll have to go warm the bench. Also you'll get a second chance to prove yourselves if one of the permanent members plays badly.
