No. Sobers was more a batsman than a bowler, bowled left handed, medium, orthodox as well as chinamen.

Its hard to be called a better bowler then batsman when you average 60 with the bat in test cricket, thats the equivalent of averaging like 18 with the ball.

I don't know how to change the name of a team so the PlanetCricket squad will be playing under the Glamorgan name - however, they are still coached and bred by PlanetCricket and not Glamorgan.

Team News: Gary was dropped after his complaints about his batting position. The coach allegedly did not like what he heard from Gary who was desperate to open the batting whilst there were better contenders available. Instead, Hooper took the spot which Gary would've filled. The coach had this to say..

"We are a team, and we need people wanting to win for the team. I will not take selfishness here."

Gary will have a chance to prove himself in the training and discussion throughout the thread before the next game to see if he has changed his ways.

PlanetCricket CC have a strong middle order with the likes of Callum Gray, Brendan Gutteridge and Bilal Butt sitting in 5, 6, and 7. The PlanetCricket CC also possesses many very aggressive batsman which should be handy for this Challenge Trophy encounter.

Missing out on the team are Shantanu Ambekar, Nick Marcell, Covvy, and Nipun Arora, but the coach stated that if they are willing to engage in banter he is more than happy to give them a run. Competing for the all-rounders position might be a tough job though - with no less than 6 all-rounders competing for two spots, which in this match have gone to Bilal Butt and Hooper.

Players may not change their player type anymore - instead, they can retire and wait to be picked up in the draft.
