Exactly my point. We need uniformity or atleast similar type of design. If we could have a set of guidelines to follow, that would be awesome.

It's preferable that it fits with the colours in the existing country skins rather than being similar to the other countries - the idea is showing some unique national aspects in them not being consistent.

The consistency comes through all the elements of the site being in the same spot across the different skin choices, if they all looked the same there wouldn't be much point in the choice being offered.
