It depends on what mobile phone you have and what browser you have as to whether you can upload attachments. I would suggest doing uploads from a PC where possible.

Matt, there is another thing to ask. Whenever I change my signature's font size, it will be changed only till I save it then when I move to different page it resets to size 2 or 3. Why is that and how can overcome it?

It is to prevent people using unnecessarily large fonts in their signatures.
