It probably means that while downloading something you've installed aa browser hack, just use adwcleabner to remove this.

But the survey seems to ask about Club Llyods, and there is an ad of the same. I believe it may be related to that particular ad.

Another option, maybe you've hovered for more than 3 seconds on the Club Llyods Current account ad besides the Post Reply box and it'd popped up that survey?

Yeah that's what I was thinking. I'll see if the next survey that pops up is related to the ad and let you know.

Yeah, that should narrow it down. Anybody else, if they see the club llyod ad, and don't see the survey, kindly let us know.

You might as well want to scan your system for malware. I recommend Spybot Search & Destroy (v 1.62) which seems to do a good job.

What's wrong with Windows Defender? Just done a scan...nothing detected.

It's only this site I've seen it pop up and it is also quite rare.

Its usual popping of ads hovered more than 3 seconds(ads beside the reply box).

In my experience, it never detects anything.

Yeah, I think you're right about it not being malware as it is the same as the displayed ad. Hmm...
