Not really. You can get chosen for variety of reasons, mainly because the team owners think you will be active. This is because the more active the player is, the better their abilities will be made in the sim, hence the better they will perform and the better the team will perform.

For example, I picked KBC because he's a friend and I knew he'll be as active as required from experience of playing alongside him at the Donkeys (See, told you playing in the PCCL would help!)

Yes there are a number of guys that will not make the cut. Can I suggest a few cheerleaders for those that will not be successful at the Draft.
