Nope. If a player is unhappy in his current side though, the side in question has to transfer him away. No team can keep a player forcefully in their squad and/or try and sell them to the highest bidder if the player has expressed a desire in playing for a certain team.
The PCPL Board will step in when we feel we need to, and that is why we will be asking for each side's budget before the transfers start, to ensure no team is underpaying for a player (ie, if someone wants to move to Dublin, we have to let him, but we cannot let Dublin pay just 1 mill for the player in question. However, if the team was Beijing or someone with a much lower budget, we may allow it).
The only advantage a lot of vCash is supposed to give is when buying Nats.
