points in career mode?

just started my career as a all rounder
any recommendations where to apply points earned from matches?

Depends on what type of player you want to be. If swing bowler I would suggest putting points into "Swing"

Another way to go is to shore up your weaknesses. Getting out driving a lot? Put some points into that!
