Politics Discussion (India)

Come on ! I caught one Modi fan member. Can you tell me what he has done in this 5 years other than 2000cr wroth International tours , changing capitals.

He changes taxation system overnight.
He changed currency overnight.
He changed Govt's overnight.

and if he don't convict these rapists , then i will change my vote overnight. 2019 is here.
Modi has done better work than The Accidental Prime Minister.

Are you kidding me? 'The Accidental Prime Minister' is the only reason why India is termed as 'developing country'. If it wasn't him, India would've gone under serious economic crisis which would've led to India getting economically backward compared to other countries.

Man Mohan Singh was controlled by National Advisory Committee. That's the only reason he couldn't perform at his best interest.

He is one of the greatest economists India has ever produced. MMS as Economist was greater than the MMS as the politician.
Modi has done better work than The Accidental Prime Minister.

According to me, there is no better option right now than Narendra Modi (for Prime Minister) and he's the sole reason BJP should be re-elected another term this year. Obviously this time, they are not going to win by as big a margin as they did in 2014 (in 2014, they won absolute majority). This time, I feel they will just about scrape through but their opponents will ensure that Modi and BJP stay where they are right now.

Congress is a laughing stock and Rahul Gandhi has been continuing to make himself look so silly. I was hoping that Congress would use the period between 2014-18 to build a strong leader for the party but all they did was make Rahul their leader. No other really strong advisors in their party who have that influence among the voters. Again here, its the lesser of the two evils that will win and that'll be BJP/Modi.

Are you sure we don't have other options? Yes, Rahul is 2-3 years behind the clock before he can project himself as a leader. But surely, there is a better option in third front rather than BJP. People of India are not so lenient enough to give a second term to any govt in this digital generation. If they had chosen the PM based on unavailability of other options, then Atal Bihari would've won the 2004 elections. INC didn't have a leader at that point but still they won that election and later made MMS the PM.

So people don't opt to options. They see the past election manifesto and see how many of them are fulfilled. In the same way, people also get attracted to the manifestos that are framed for the first time. Like what Modi did in 2014 about Black Money, Ganga cleaning etc.. They were (manifesto of 2014) so different and new to people.

It would be NDA that would win and not BJP. And there arises the need for acknowledgement of what the Allies in NDA say. If not, they would withdraw the support. INC won't win this but their position would be better from previous elections. And If it is Hung Assembly, Mamta Banerjee would be the PM with outside support of Congress.

Say what you want to say, but I predict BJP coming into power once again in 2019 inspite of the debacles faced by them in the recently concluded State elections. Modi is too popular to lose out on a second term. Just don't see it happening.

Coming to regional politics , Are you satisfied with 4.5 years of TRS ?

Coming to regional politics , Are you satisfied with 4.5 years of TRS ?
Absolutely. I can't say for others, but personally the two most irritable things for someone like me, a common man, were regular power cuts via load shedding and drinking water woes. TRS seems to have made significant difference in both departments as even during Summer, I hardly experience any power cuts. Again, this is from my point of view and may not include issues that may be of importance to someone in a different field, like for instance a farmer, and his/her concerns might be different than mine.

What about you?

What about you?
From 2014 when CBN took charge we don't have any power cuts during congress rural areas its too worse 12-18 power cut. Coming to their rule TDP surpassed media rights. Sakshi supports YCP and rest all support govt. We don't have any trusted channels what's correct or wrong. About CBN you knew better " Money for Vote " & purchasing opposition mla's what not everything. But Telangana voters gave a epic reply to TDP & co (It's alliances ).

This. What I said. Despite the debacles faced by them and even including the controversial demonetization that painted a really negative picture on Modi and BJP, they will come to power again purely because the competition they face is just not "competent enough". Also we are at a point in the world where conservatism/right wing is popular and prevalent. And in such an atmosphere, its hard to see BJP not assuming power again.

NDA might just be over the majority number. I'm stressing this point of NDA and BJP because, few ministers in Union cabinet have said that they aren't given powers to perform as the ministers of Union. All the decisions are taken by PM and BJP President. The only work of ministers is to sign the papers sent by PMO or BJP President. So there is no decision making powers among the union ministers. This has been the case because, BJP (single party) had got clear majority and there was no fear of numbers among them. Hence, they were very ignorant about their Allies.

But this election would bring them down to the point where they must 'listen' to their Allies or else govt would fall. So BJP winning single handedly or NDA winning the elections are very different and crucial for BJP. If NDA comes to powers, they must listen even to the party (Ally) which has 2-3 seats in parliament.

Number is the boss of Indian Politics. :lol :lol

I agree. It might not be as big as a win in 2014, but they will come back to power again. I think Shah and Modi might have assessed the situation after the State elections and would be wary of neglecting their allies this time around.

From the current developments in the national politics, Priyanka Gandhi has entered into active politics. People are already calling her the 'Junior Indira'. The morale and self cofindence of Congress workers have gone up and some surveys and mood of nation predicts that if Priyanka is made PM candidate, 10% of people who voted for BJP would change their vote to congress. That's very huge vote swing percentage there. And she can also get some more women votes across the nation.

Modi and Shah must surely go through basics now.

Can someone clear me how former president " Pranab Mukherjee " eligible for Bharat Ratna ? What did he done to country ? or it's a trap by Modi & Sha to Congress ? @PresidentEvil

MAMATA VS CBI

1.jpg

Generally, in India every middle-class family tends to save their income. So, they have two chances 1) Banks with low interests – money will be safe.

2) Chit funds – they ask to invest money every month for 10 years at the end they provide 3 – 4 % more interest than banks.

So a chit fund company named “ Sharada Chit Fund Company (2006) “ offered 20 – 30 % interest more than banks. They collected 2500 crores by 2013. When members asked to return their money in 2013 the scam came into light that the company lost that money by investing in various business. Total 17 lakh people were affected in this.

So coming to the topic.

Few of the victims approached West Bengal High Court & it ordered Special Investigation Department (SIT) headed by Rajeev Kumar ( resent Kolkata commissioner ). Victims not satisfied with SIT interrogation , case went over to Supreme Court where it was handed to CBI in 2014.

CBI found this scam not only took place in WB but also Assam , Orrisa etc. When scam came into light in 2011 Trinamool Congress was in power headed by Mamata. Chit fund company offered money and WB govt worked like a security guard for their business. So 5 MP’s and few others politicians were arrested. As per rules when a case was handed to CBI by SC , SIT must give all evidences to CBI for future investigation. Finally CBI found SIT destroyed few evidences like WB politicians call records & chit fund director dairy. They came to conclusion both SIT & politicians involved in this. CBI sent notices to Rajeev Kumar present cp of Kolkata , where he haven’t responded over a long period. So finally CBI reached his home on the name of secrete operation.

Police stopped them , Rajeeve kumar approached Mamata Banerjee. Police arrested CBI. Mamata replied “ BJP doing this to get authority over opposition “. Rajeev & Mamata started a strike.

Here the gameplay begins..

No one knows why Mamata doing strike , if she is trying to save corrupted officer or to save the best officer not to get those strains on his name ? Of course he is corrupted and destroyed evidence.

Generally when people get problems we approach police or politicians. Here Rajeev approached CM where supporting a corrupted officer was her 1st Mamata’s first mistake. CBI entered WB on orders by the SC. If BJP wanna do something they send CBI to TRC members but not to CP. She is acting it like she was the Prime Minister of Democratic republic of Bengal. What about Common Man in the state where the most powerful organization in the country were arrested. How could WB police need response from CBI when it is secrete operation.

In fact that noon UP CM Yogi has to arrive in Kolkata for election campaign , where he was not allowed to land. Is this Democracy ? and she was like doing rally’s in the name of save democracy.

And here is how Rahul Gandhi replied

2.jpg

How could a PM aspirant support this act by Mamata. Rahul he himself was a joke and here is the screenshots by him in 2014 vs Mamata. In 2016 he replied “ In 2016 mamata replied she promised to remove corruption and now she is saving corrupted “. So now pappu is supporting him.

Here is BJP reply :

2019-02-10 (2).jpg

Ap cm CBN , Deve Gowda from Karnataka and Stalin from Tamil Nadu , Umar Abdullah from JK and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal supporting her.

How could a police Commissioner sit in Dharna instead of looking into law and order situation ?

Not just Congress & check what Nirmala Sitharaman quoted…

4.jpg

And her reply in 2013 when Amit Shah was interrogated by CBI. So every one using their chances.

Divided by regions , supported by corruption.
