Trophy has red reflection because there was red wall behind dhoni i know i need improvement please give suggestion where to improve.

You've improved loads already. Very good effort that. The only thing I can see from here that needs improving is the trophy. You can see parts of the background still. Other than that, well done.

well done on using the smudge mate but just try an make it more detailed with smaller brushes and blur

Good cut mate you have improved but when you resize it hold down shift
when you have finished cutting go to Layer--Matting--Defringe it will remove the black around the edges then using the magic wand select the whole the out line of the render hold down shift to add on any other parts. Then when the whole render is selected go to Select--Modify--Smooth and select 3 pixels, click ok and press delete. Don't get rid of the outline yet, go to select modify feather and select 1 pixel and then press delete and your done.
