and Nakul, just use Magic eraser. Its easy cutting it. Even a layman can do it.

It's a decent effort, however here are a few tips to make it better. After you have selected your cut and the dancing ants are around the cut, go to Select > Modify > Smooth to 2 pixels. Also once you have got your cut on a transparent background, go to Layer > Matting to 1 or 2 pixels. These two tips will get rid off rough edges.
