I'm going to be quite blunt Vicky, that's a poor cut. The cutting around the head is terrible.
Navin, good effort, just work on the cut on the hand. Also after you do your cut, go to layer matting>defringe and 1px.

The hair looks a little weird there fear but its not your fault, Sharma is really hard to cut so good work there!
