Partey signing for Arsenal will be huge. At first glance it might seem like they've signed a defensive mid but Partey is so much more than that; the bloke has incredible ball control with passing abilities and was nearly a complete midfielder who primarily acted as a tidy playmaker for Atletico in the midfield.
