Problem with controls

I realize there have been other posts regarding the unfortunate way Cric2004 doesn't work with all keyboards, and I apologies for bringing it up again.

I am now on my third keyboard, and I'm still unable to play all of the available shots. Many times when I attempt to play one of the shots available to me, the batsman will either play a front foot defensive, or leave the ball. I never really know what's going to happen. I'm getting rather frustrated with the whole thing.

Could someone who is using a keyboard, and is able to play all of the shots using the numeric key pad (not a combination of arrow keys), please tell me what brand/model of keyboard he is using?

well is it the default control settings that r bothering u or have u customized it????

I have not customized it. There is no option to remap the arrow keys (on the numeric keypad), so I haven't bothered to to do that. The keys that are remappable work for me. It's the arrows that I'm having difficulty with.

the problem i find is that it displays numbers in replay moe and when i change the field and i dont know what letter/number/symbol corresponds to which number as sum numbers apper in square boxes and sum in circles so i am guessing that these are different. :scratch:
