I doubt there is.

For PS1 games,I remember there was a software called BLEEM which played PS1 games on the PC

I am not sure about the PS2 though

I think there is no way play PS2 game on cp
casue PS2 emulator is not out yet
but u can still play demo with that emulator its called PCSX2
but that wont be fun...

No, there are no PS2 emulators currently available capable of playing retail games, and there's not likely to be one anytime in the near future either

After a great deal of work they can get a select few games to get to the main menu, and one or two to actually start gameplay- an emulator that works with a majority of retail games is years away. And if you look closely, you'll see that they run at around 1 fps, you need computers more powerful than we have now to be able to successfully emulate the ps2 hardware and hence run games playably.
