Puma Kit Unlocks

Has anybody got any idea as to what I need to do to get all the puma kit unlocked????

Pads:
Gloves:
Wicket-keeping gloves:
Wicket-keeping pads:

Yeah I've been wondering about the puma kit as I need it for craig kieswetter.

Ah - I'm pretty sure I just got the Puma kit (at least the bats) - it was after winning a 5 over Champions Trophy in England with Australia. Not sure which part fulfilled the requirement though.
