i want to ask that....recently there has been several questions regarding the actual FEATURES which the game will provide.....like tournaments,etc. we would like to know the exact things which the game will provide and would like to know if EA has learned something with the several bugs found in cricket 2002.

plz we would also like to know the graphics engine and the release date of the site and screenshots.

Hi Andrew,

first of all let me welcome you to this great forum. It very heartening to see that you have agreed to answer the questions pretaining to Cricket 2004. I too have few questions regarding cricket 2004. I would be please if you could kindly answer the same.

1. What are the features of Cricket 2004 and what changes have been made from Cricket 2002.
2. Are all the bugs in Cricket 2002 fixed in Cricket 2004.
3. Are there any graphic updates in player models and faces & stadiums.
4. How many tournaments will be there and will there be any tour mode where we could choose any team and go for tour in any country and play tests & odis.
5. Is the A.I significantly improved over the previous vesion ( in cricket 2002 it was easier to bowl out cup in hard mode by bowling constant yorkers and only way to score runs was to sweep the yorkers !!!)
6. what will be the minium requirement for running Cricket 2004.
7. How many editors will be there in Cricket 2004, can we adjust the hight weight, skills, faces for players etc.
8. How many players will be there in each team and will the up to date squads will be there (cricket 2002 had many retired players in team)
9. When will the demo & screen shots released.
10. How many tournaments & stadiums will be there and could you please name few of them.
11. Please provide up the expected date of Cricket 2004 release , will this be this year or next year january.
12. Please provide the date when the cricket 2004 website will come up.

Zim it is a honour to meet u and i would just like to say i love your patch...plus here are mine

1. Can u select where u want the cwc to happen?
2. Can u actually swing the ball(this time)
3. Is there going to be detailed atributtes(ie injury rate, speed, strhength)
4. And i know this game is not coming for xbox but is there a chance

My only question is will the game actually be a challenge to play?
No offence but the AI totally sucked in cricket 2002.
for example, in a 20 over match in hard, my average score was 350!
and their average score was 40.

Will Cricket 2004 support Internet multiplay via tcp/ip ?? There has not been any multiplayer for an EA Cricket game since EA Cricket 97 (all the variants of it). Please we want to play online too!
