Ramadan ( the Islamic Month of Fasting )

I hate it when People say That Islamic people are the only people that can be terrorists! That is not true i mean if you define a terrorist it is " An individual who uses violence, terror, and intimidation to achieve a result." that could be anyone and if you say that killing is an act of terror (which i agree) I say that terrorists are everywhere! A terrorist doen't need to look evil, like they show. Covering there faces...(Those look like cartoons!)


anyways, heres how i summerize Ramadhan:

Ramadan is the ninth month of the Muslim calendar. It is during this month that Muslims observe the Fast of Ramadan. Lasting for the entire month, Muslims fast during the daylight hours and in the evening eat small meals and visit with friends and family. It is a time of worship and contemplation. A time to strengthen family and community ties.

I know Muslims aren't terrorists. Everyone else does too, they are just too arrogant to admit it. But this isn't what this thread is about. This is about Ramadan.

What I love about Ramadan is the environment/atmosphere here. Everyone starts thinking about his/her character. Many don't lie for the whole month. My younger brother stops fighting with his college friends. Everyone starts caring for one and other. I just love it. There's so much peace. I wish we could practice it 356 days an year.

Ramadan it the Islamic Month of fasting

We fast for many things

fasting of tung : Islam does not allow any 1 to back bite , and lie . you should not do it even its not Ramadan ( but ecpesialy in Ramadan ).

Fasting of Eyes : Evry sensable people should know what is ment by fasting of eyes ( not lookin at somthing unexeptible ).

Fasting of Mouth : Eating in the morning ( sehar time ) and stop after the Prayer of (Fajar ) and open the fast in Evening by a (dates and water and then eating meals )

Fasting of Hands : Steeling is pofbiden in islam But expesialy in Ramadan.

Ramadan was the month when our book (Qur'an) was brought by the Jibraial ( angel ) sent by ALLAH .

Great explanation!!! Puts me in respect of all the Muslims in the world! I believe in "All Gods are one" but I am always very impressed with the devotion that the Muslims have and the way they do prayers to their form of God!
