Ah, I feel your pain. My solution. I now get with a girl and sleep with her mate so get to do the dumping. I ain't gonna get into a proper serious relationship till my mid 20's, I've decided. Why get tied down to one girl when you can be tied down by lots of girls

Right to a speedy trial is a fundamental aspect of an effective judiciary.

Sure, I admit that it is totally the fault of the then Indian government that it couldn't expedite the trial and punish the culpables of the Bhopal tragedy.
But to be honest, the US can't shun the onus either, as you guys shouldn't have allowed such a man with a criminal case of that intensity pending against him to enter your country in the first place after he was released on bail by the Bhopal police in 1984. Then again, your government officials have been saying that they don't know the whereabouts of Anderson, though a news channel and some Greenpeace activists could track him down in his New York home easily a few years back. That, IMO, throws light on the fact that there a web of deceit has been spun around Anderson by both countries.

Anyway, I don't want to ruin this beautiful thread with serious discussions. So let's just drop this issue.

On a similar note, my college have seemingly lost a couple of assignments from last year that were completed and in my portfolio. Luckily, I've just found copies of them both on my USB stick, might be a bit buggered for appendices, but nothing we can't sort out. A big relief, would rather not be trying to knock ouit 2 assignments within 2 weeks atm.

I couldn't have a relationship.

The idea of having to share everything with someone, the notion of having to actually care for somebody make me a little nauseous.

It's not so much that I'm selfish, more that I value the freedom to do what I want when I want a little too much.

I get to basically pick and choose when I work, which is great for arranging nights out with the lads etc, but if I had a girlfriend it'd be a nightmare as she'd expect me to cancel shifts to spend time for her and it'd be a pain and a logistical nightmare
