I'm getting incredibly frustrated by my accounting assignment. They've given us a list of transactions, we have to journalise them, post them, then create a series of financial statements. To check our answers they have given us the total that the balance sheet balances to.

I've done the problem completely twice, and checked over it numerous times, yet while my balance sheet balances, it's not to the correct amount. It's only $274 out, but I can't find anything related to that anywhere in the ledgers/journals. So annoying :

Just found my mistake so I am incredibly happy. I had mistakenly forgotten to debit an account after the company returned some inventory to it. (i.e. this company purchased something, then returned it). I had recorded a debit against Accounts Payable but not in the subsidiary ledger so when I recorded that they had been paid fully, I accounted for the whole amount, instead of that amount minus the stuff returned. (Kinda confusing but not like you really care anyway).

But it balances to the right amount now so I am happy after being frustrated by this problem for over a day.

8 out of 10 times when you press 'New Posts' button,you get the top 5 threads from leagues and stories section.
Any ways to avoid that?

, it basically means you have 'read' all of the posts. Click on the new posts and then all of them from that section have gone .

Usually the product images look the same, but there is a cost difference. Does it mean, there is a quality difference too??

Its the same product but for kids. at least that is what Pro Junior usually means for sports and musical instruments.
