I think one of the things has to be that there is so much packed into just 6 episodes, instead of just having one topic in an episode, you will see multiple different situations and topics not dug down to the great depths that some American shows do.

some of the popular american sitcoms here are Friends, Two and a Half men and How I Met Your Mother.

am sure Mark loves them too.

Yup, American shows tend to dig too deep. I was really lost in season 3rd of the LOST .. Haven't seen it. Dexter has a nice tradition of just 12 episodes per season. Each one is really intense. last 5 minutes of season 4 finale were heartbreaking. I almost knew what would happen but i was thinking " there is no way they gonna kill her"..

I had all you can eat sushi yesterday.
I think I had 6 California rolls, 6 Dynamites. 8 chicken wings, 4 Alaskan roll, 4 chicken Teriyaki pieces, 3 dumplings and 1 mango pudding.
It was all for 10 dollars.

I also had a bet with my friends that I could down wassabi. So they basically took the fish out of one of the roll and stuffed it completely with wassabi. The craziest thing I have ever had

My betting seems to exist basically of random occasional ones, I have a few bets from the Geelong Cup last week, but not knowing anything about what the bets actually mean I have no idea if they won anything or not.

My one and only attempt to bet on Cricket resulted in an Australian loss to Pakistan, so I think I'll avoid that.

I wouldn't. Gambling does have a serious effect on people destroying lives in cases.

Yea but that is a fine line. Too much of anything destroys lives, that does not mean we should ban it. Just because a few people over indulge does not mean the rest of us have to miss out.

That being said, gambling degenerates are the worst though, way worse than alcoholics

Yeah I'm not advocating banning gambling but to deny that gambling doesn't have a social impact would be slightly ignorant of the facts.
