^ this is the second time isn't it? :lol i suggest you train your cat to eat the mouse next time, this way you dont have to feed it. ;)

It happens quite a bit, most of the time it's alright as she brings them in, and then I just take her outside when she's still got them in her mouth, but occasionally she drops them, so then they run away inside my room.

My rooms at the front of the house, so she goes from the back garden past all the other rooms into mine, apparently it's because she likes me the best, which is probably true, as I'm the one who always feeds her and stuff.

She like over ten now, she's stopped catching birds, but she still catches mice.

Inside cat, bad move. Our cats are all outside cats. It is annoying enough they bring their rabbits/mice/rats/birds onto the deck, let alone into someone's room!:p

A few weeks ago she brought in a bird fetus, I caught her just as she came in the house though. It must of fallen out of a nest or something, as it was ****en tiny, and was pretty much completely skin/pink.

I like typos.

Disagree though. If you're having a cat let em come inside otherwise you may as well feed the birds.

What do you mean?

She'd be finding the nests/raiding them.:p

If you aren't going to let your cat inside you may as well feed the birds as they're cheaper (punnage) and are better adapted to living outside than your normal domestic cat.

If that's how they are nurtured, and you give him his Whiskas every morning and groom him.:p Cats are natural hunters so they are well adapted to living outside if need be. Hence the abundance of feral cats in the world. Depends what your preference is though. Ours are all farm cats and are great hunters/very tame and not aggressive towards humans at all.

But he might get a bit chilly at night! :p And if they're outdoors how are they going to keep your lap warm.

What experiences of cats in the house have you had? We had 5 for over ten years and none of them shat in the house as far as I can remember.

90 year old Great Grandma had about 10 that all shat under her bed. She was the only one that couldn't smell it or didn't mind. Probably because she was 90 tbh.
