Michigan State University, Combined Medical Program (Ie guaranteed admission to med school (provided i maintain a certain GPA), no MCAT) - Accepted
Wayne State University, Combined Medical Program - Accepted
Pennsylvania State University - accepted
University of Pittsburgh - accepted

Duke University - rejected
Case Western Reserve University - waitlist which is a joke and i hate this school
Pennsylvania State Combined Medical Program - Rejected
University of Pittsburgh combined med - rejected

I am 99% heading to Michigan State's combined med.

Got my flu injection today at 4ish. After dinner I had a queasy stomach. Then around 8 I started coughing heaps and now I've got a sore throat. Hopefully it's not related to the flu injection...

Been drinking water, had a throat lozenge and a panadol.

And I was just saying to my gf after I got the injection how pissed off I would be if I got sick this winter... I appear to have jinxed myself.

Warm water, gargle with salt water, lozenges help. Tea/coffee will help too.

Ok , a decent start to my fourth semester exams after being drawn a relatively easy experiment in Electrical Machines lab . And for the 2nd semester running , i've been drawn with the same experiment as the one i got during the model(practice) exam , which eventually made things a lot easier ...

Spitfire is cack. Speckled Hen is ok, not had Isle of Arran. Far better bitters out there. Champagne is also cack.

Anyway, been away for the weekend (East Lothian) and am borked after much drinking and sinusitis, which is fun. Feeling very rough.
