Just secured 97 in toefl which is pretty good imo as English is not my primary language. California State University where I am shifting has a criteria of minimum toefl marks as 80

I scored 119 when I took with no preparation.

Exams over for this sem. Gotta love how 2 weeks of finals can fearsome tweak up 1 whole semester of hard work. Will be happy to maintain my B- average (2.7/4 CGA) overall.

When will I learn that it's not possible to go out for 1 or 2 drinks? Told my friend we'd go out for a quiet one. Ended up in a bar, drinking with the owner who was constantly bringing more drinks to the table after the current ones were finished. Was supposed to be home at about 10ish, got home at closer to 4 in the morning. Now I have to do all my christmas shopping whilst recovering and being hungover.

Main discussion point of the night was the permutations of dating a siamese twin. Lots of 'interesting' situations with no clear defined of what is right or wrong. Really opened a can of worms!

I don't care if that makes me a bad human being. But at least it shows that I won't just lie to try and make myself look good.
