That's awful. Hang in there Binnu
If I was to say 'Malodrax'...how many would know what I'm on about?
The tax on super-rich is brilliant. The reduce price of petrol one is too, although you can only do that by paying part of the price yourself.I've decided I should rule the country.
Reckon I could do a pretty good job.
First law. Hang all those in the Summer riots.
Second law. Any person who commits a crime and is an illegal immigrant gets deported back to their home country, no if's, no but's
Third law. Pull out of Afghanistan
Fourth law. Anyone who is on long term benefits, who is not either disabled or can prove they are looking for work, gets put on a boat and made to live on Orkney for a year.
Fifth law. Reduce the price of petrol
Sixth law. Money saved from Afghanistan gets pumped into NHS/education
Seventh law. Raise tax on super rich - ?200,000k+ and lower taxes on those below ?40,000
Eighth law. Fire a huge amount of public sector council paper pushers who only exist to fill up the job statistics and just drain the economy. Re-train them in industries which require more people and if they won't, they have their benefits reduced
Ninth law. Assassinate Salmond. My cat has more intelligence and she gets confused by leaves!
Tenth law. Anyone on benefits found to be using drugs or committing a crime to fund a drug habit gets locked in a cell for a year with only food and water
Eleventh law. Remove all creature comforts from prisons so they only get food, water, bed, warm and secure housing.
Intrigued that you consider earning 40 grand a year as not earning much...

For the rest, I'm surprised you say "pull out of Afghanistan" (although that's another one I totally agree with) because you and the Taliban seem to have a "great minds think alike" thing going...
I'd actually prefer tax on the super rich to be reduced not increased. Increasing it further puts of those with money from staying/coming to the UK in turn we're losing out on the jobs they'd of created.
Yeah it'd be nice from a moral point of view but would taxing them more work practically?
